C A R E - I N S T R U C T I O N S: 

-Machine wash, inside out, with cold water and mild detergent. 

-Hang to dry (recommended) or tumble dry inside out on low 

-Do NOT bleach - Do NOT Use Fabric Softener – Do NOT iron directly on design

-Extra Soft and High-Quality Fabric 

-Commercial Grade Screen Print Design 

Note: Apparel is Unisex, except for the racerback tank, fitted tees, and crewneck sweatshirts; Please review the size chart measurements in the listing picture to get the best fit for you! 

O R D E R - P R O C E S S: 

-Choose the shirt size and color if prompted from the drop-down menu above {shirt color chart is available on the listing, PLEASE ALLOW FOR 1–2-inch marginal error on the sizing charts due to manufacturer tolerances!} PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SIZE OF THE PRINT CAN DIFFER FROM THE SIZE IT IS ON YOUR SHIRT. The model is wearing a small/medium but on an XL, it could be a different size. Typical size of the screen print is 11x8 or 8x11 depending on the design width and height. 

Tip: Measure your favorite t-shirt and compare measurements to chart for the best fit for you! 

-The Design color shown in the listing picture will be the design color you receive; again, allow a manufacturer issue this is known as the “mock”

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow up to 14 days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 15-21 days.

Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at services@beautifulbrandkreations.com.

Due to the custom nature of the product (design, size, shirt style and color) NO returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted. 

Can I cancel my order?
Orders may only be cancelled if production hasn’t begun. Please email services@beautifulbrandkreations.com to find out if production has begun.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at services@beautifulbrandkreations.com. If the given address is wrong, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 15-25 business days.
