Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME 

We have an up to 14 Business days turnaround timeframe. Not including weekends, or holidays. Shipping time with the shipping couriers (UPS & USPS) starts after the processing timeframe. 

Processing is needed to create your item/items and properly package your order. 

While we may not always use all 14 business days to get your order out the door, it is important that you keep this policy in mind & calculate those days into your own timeframe.

All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
