ORDERING INFORMATION

2. Review all personalization details carefully before placing your order.
3. Complete your purchase and we'll begin creating your custom item.

Sizing Disclaimer: Please allow for a 1–2 inch variance due to manufacturer tolerances.

Design Size Disclaimer: Design placement and print size may vary slightly depending on the garment size ordered. While mockups are used to represent the design, actual print proportions may differ on larger or smaller garments.

Color Disclaimer: Colors may appear slightly different due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, and manufacturing variations.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Our current turnaround time is up to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Processing time includes:
• Printing and production
• Quality inspection
• Packaging and order preparation

Shipping transit times begin after processing is complete and are determined by the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS).

While many orders ship sooner, please plan accordingly and allow the full processing timeframe when placing your order.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Machine wash cold, inside out
• Use mild detergent
• Hang dry (recommended) or tumble dry low
• Do not bleach
• Do not use fabric softener
• Do not iron directly on the design

Following these instructions will help preserve the quality and longevity of your garment.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
